Dark reddish-brown typical Dutch Bockbeer, with a mildly roasted scent and flavour. Winner of Nederlands Lekkerste Bockbier (Netherland's Tastiest Bockbier) in 2001, 2002 and 2005 (judged by a series of blind tastings of all commercially available bottled (about 40) Dutch Bockbeers). 3rd and 2nd place respectively in 2003 and 2004.
